DELIVERY TIMES
While our team will do our absolute best to ship orders quickly, efficiently and encourage you to place orders well before the intended time. We are not liable for delays that may occur during the year such as Christmas, Ramadan or Eid.
POSTAGE COSTS
We offer a flat rate shipping fee to anywhere within Australia
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received this - please reach out to our team.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Veil of Paradise does not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back in with us at a later date!
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
When we receive a returned parcel due to it being unclaimed, the customer will be contacted via email to confirm if the order is still wanted. If so, payment of postage fee will be required to re-dispatch. If customer chooses to cancel the order, the order excluding shipping fee will be refunded. Once the refund takes place, an automated email will be sent to the customer.
MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGED PARCEL DELIVERED
If upon delivery, customer’s parcel is damaged and/or there are missing items from the order, we do not hold responsibility of this. We ensure all parcels that leave our department are packaged well to reach the customer in good condition. In this case, please reach out to Australia Post.
